Marches Property Group was founded in 2022 by the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Rob and Leonie Gittins. But don’t let our relatively young start fool you — our property journey began long before that!
In 2011, we took our first step into property by purchasing a buy-to-let (BTL) property, which we later refinanced. This move laid the groundwork for building a successful BTL portfolio across the Midlands and North West over the next decade.
As our experience and knowledge grew (and our family expanded!), we decided it was time to rebrand and restructure the business, setting the stage for the next chapter. Enter Marches Property Group Ltd.
We’re excited to expand our portfolio to include commercial mixed-use properties and development projects. Along the way, we’re collaborating with investors who are eager to see high returns without getting bogged down in the complexities of property investment.
